On arrival , visitors can easily walk from either bus station to a hotel, though you'll need a taxi from the airport (£E10), if not from the train station (£E3-5). Donkey carettas are the mainstay of transport around town (£E1-3) and to the nearer beaches, but the animals are so abused that few tourists can bear to use them. The best way to get around is to rent a bike from one of the stands along the Corniche (£E1 per hour, £E5 per day).
